In 2016, Dr. T. Stalin Dhas was honored with the Col. Dr. Jeppiaar Doctoral Excellence Award (Gold Medal) for Best Thesis in recognition of his outstanding research on biologically synthesized gold nanoparticles using Sargassum species and their antidiabetic activity.
